At the GSVVM, there are boats of all kinds - all are Venetian, requiring forcole and remi for propulsion.
The boats are stored in a semi-covered area, and launched when needed.
The remi and forcole are kept in the club facility - safe from the elements and theft.
To ensure the best performance and proper ergonomics, each type of boat must be rowed with specific forcole and remi of pre-determined length and width.
At the GSVVM, the remi for each boat are tied together and labeled, making it easier to keep track of everything.
I can't imagine how much money this "forest of remi" might be worth.
