I took one look at it and thought "Aw heck, now I've got sign envy!"
It wasn't the first time I'd seen one of these - they are posted in clear view on the Grand Canal, but this was a good shot and I had to post it.
I'm thinking we ought to post a few of these in Newport,
along with words to the effect of:
"slow down for gondolas or you might get whacked with a 14 foot long oar"
Yes, I think that has a very nice ring to it.
