Nereo shot this near the Pescheria.
The ironwork alone is impressive, but it's the message that I love the most:
"PISCIS PRIMUM A CAPITE FOETET" roughly translates to "Fish Starts Rotting from the Head."
How true, and in more ways than one.
It could pertain to politics, business,
and of course...fish.

I would replace to rot with to stink. Anyway you're right my friend: it pertains to lot of human behaviours or activities.
