and hopefully claim a gold medal this year.

This October 22nd and 23rd are going to be the highlight of my year.
I cannot wait for the US Gondola Nationals.
I love the friendship, the fellowship,
the camaraderie with the only folks who really get what I do.
I love the competition, as well as the anticipation of it.
Of course I'm looking forward to the four-man event,
but while I don't plan on racing in the solo distance regatta,
I think it's the one I most look forward to watching this year.
Let's see just how much whoop-ass Signor Ruffino can unleash.
